Wholesale Ordering Guide

Welcome! Once your wholesale application is approved, here's how to place an order on sweetfeetandbeak.com.

Step 1: Sign in to your account

To sign in to your wholesale account:

  1. Go to sweetfeetandbeak.com and click the user icon in the top right corner.
  2. Enter the email address you used on your wholesale application, then click Continue.
  3. Check your email for a 6-digit verification code. Enter the code and click Submit.
  4. You are signed in. Click the Sweet Feet & Beak logo in the top left to return to the storefront. Wholesale pricing will be active across the entire catalog.

Step 2: Browse the catalog

Once you're signed in, all products will display your wholesale pricing automatically. There's no separate wholesale catalog or discount code to enter. Browse the site as you normally would.

Step 3: Select your variant and quantity, then add to cart

This is the most important step. On each product page:

  1. Select the correct variant first (size, color, style, etc.). Many SFB products come in multiple sizes and colors, so make sure you've picked the exact variant you want before going further.
  2. Set the quantity using the quantity selector on the product page.
  3. Click Add to Cart.

If you need different quantities of multiple variants of the same product (for example, 10 Small and 15 Large), add each variant to the cart separately, one at a time.

Step 4: Review your cart

Click the cart icon in the top right of the page. Confirm each line item is the right variant, and adjust quantities here if you need to. The cart total will recalculate automatically as you make changes.

Step 5: Check out

Once your cart looks right and the total is at or above the order minimum, click Check Out. Continue through the standard checkout flow. Your wholesale pricing carries through to payment.

Order minimums

  • New wholesale customers: $300 minimum opening order
  • All subsequent orders: $150 minimum
  • Returning wholesale customers (anyone who has placed a wholesale order with us previously) are exempt from the $300 opening order minimum

A few helpful tips

  • Your wholesale pricing only appears when you are signed in. If you see retail prices, sign in again.
  • Double-check the variant on each line of your cart before checking out. Returns on the wrong variant are easier to avoid than to fix.
  • Wholesale orders do not qualify for the retail $50 free shipping threshold. Shipping is calculated based on order weight and destination at checkout.
  • Payment is due at checkout.
