We certainly didn't invent it, but we definitely offer free shipping on all orders over $25. We also will ship your order the same day for orders received Monday through Friday before 4pm EST.  All other orders are shipped the next business day. 

 Why the minimum order size?  Well, free shipping is not free to us.  We have to pay our partners at UPS or the Postal Service.  And we don't mark up our products to cover shipping or charge an annual fee.

As bird owners ourselves know how important it is to keep your companion healthy and safe.  That is why we are driven to ensure that everything we make is done with safety in mind.  We know that it is easy to say, but that the real proof is in action.  That is why we use only Safe Shred™ cotton rope in all our US made shredding toys.  Safe Shred™ cotton rope shreds into fine short cotton threads, unlike the long thick sections that regular yarn rope that others use and can potentially entangle a bird.  Our cardboard is food safe, as is our shredded paper.  The glue we use is not only non-toxic, it is safe for consumption.  The pumice used in our natural perches is cosmetic grade.  There are cheaper and faster ways, and our products may cost a little more, but we think the commitment to safety is worth it.
