I ordered 5 perches, all of which are great. However, 3 are just too big for my bird. I have been reaching out to this company for weeks in an attempt to return the three don't work, but have yet to recieve a single response. When I attempt to access my account on the company's site, I get an error message. Accordingly, I emailied the company's info@ support@ email addersses, and replied to the email confirming my order. Crickets. I think I reached out on social media as well, to no avail. So now I am left to submitting this review. I do hope the company will respond and make this right as I love the perches but don't have time to chase problems, so will likely not be purchasing from them again.
Our Hahns Macaw HATES having her nails done with a clipper or dremel or file… we got these perches hoping it would help so we don’t have to subject her to frequent trims. Her nails are noticeably shorter and rounder and it’s only been a few weeks. Thank you!
This is our macaw's 2nd favorite toy (his fave is his bell - he sleeps with it under his wing). We had one, which he ended up destroying slowly. Only one cardboard box/block was left. He was (and is) ecstatic to get a new one. Thank you so much!
