Return Policy

We want you and your bird to be happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

How to request a return

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Email info@sweetfeetandbeak.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps and a return shipping address.

Please do not ship items back without contacting us first.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost or issue a full refund. Please include photos of the item and packaging in your email.

Other returns

If the item wasn't the right fit for your bird or cage, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and a refund for the item cost will be issued once we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns of used items

Because these are bird products, hygiene comes first. We can only accept and refund items that are unused, in original condition, and returned within 30 days of the order date.

Please do not return an item that has been used or placed in your bird's cage. Used items cannot be refunded, exchanged, or restocked. If a used item is sent back to us against this policy, it is not eligible for a refund, and we can only return it to you at your expense. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending anything back and we will confirm.

Items we cannot accept

Used shredding toys and other opened consumables, gift cards, clearance items, and wholesale orders are final sale.

Shipping your return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot issue a refund for items that do not reach us.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.
