Extra small size is approximately 5 inches long and measures approximately 1/2 inch in diameter.

What to expect from the texture: the firm, textured sides file the nails a little each time your bird grips, working gradually with daily use rather than like sandpaper. Use it as a daytime grooming perch alongside other perch shapes, introduced gradually, not as the only perch or the top sleeping perch.
