LOVE the perches -- Terrible Customer Service

I ordered 5 perches, all of which are great. However, 3 are just too big for my bird. I have been reaching out to this company for weeks in an attempt to return the three don't work, but have yet to recieve a single response. When I attempt to access my account on the company's site, I get an error message. Accordingly, I emailied the company's info@ support@ email addersses, and replied to the email confirming my order. Crickets. I think I reached out on social media as well, to no avail. So now I am left to submitting this review. I do hope the company will respond and make this right as I love the perches but don't have time to chase problems, so will likely not be purchasing from them again.

It works!

Our Hahns Macaw HATES having her nails done with a clipper or dremel or file… we got these perches hoping it would help so we don’t have to subject her to frequent trims. Her nails are noticeably shorter and rounder and it’s only been a few weeks. Thank you!

Works well

Perch fit in cage as expected. My bird has been using it at least some of the time and his nails look to be improving, no sign of soreness on the feet.

Must have perches for all our birds

We have these in almost every cage here, and have since we were founded in 2014. Many "pedi" perches have the rough surface all the way around but these have a smooth surface where the birds' weight rests on them, so they are comfortable on the feet and will not cause sores or inflammation (bumble foot). We recommend these to everyone who adopts from us as well as folks we assist via our Outreach and Education programs.

It's always best to give them more than one size. We use medium and large for birds like Amazons and African Greys. We use x-small, small and medium in our budgie and cockatiel flight cage. They really work for keeping nails groomed.
