Show Us Your Bird Giveaway: Official Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor. Laurel Creek Group LLC, doing business as Sweet Feet and Beak, 315 Northpoint Pkwy, Ste A, Acworth, GA 30102, United States.

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry Period. The giveaway begins June 16, 2026 at 10:00am Eastern Time and ends June 25, 2026 at 11:59pm Eastern Time. Entries received outside this window will not be counted.

4. How to Enter. There are three ways to receive entries, with a maximum of two (2) entries per person and per household:

a. Photo or video entry (1 entry). Email a photo or a short video of your bird with any Sweet Feet and Beak product to info@sweetfeetandbeak.com, or reply to one of our giveaway emails, with the file attached and your first and last name.

b. Bonus review entry (1 additional entry). Post the same photo or video as a review on the matching product page at sweetfeetandbeak.com, and tell us you did so in your entry email.

c. Alternate free entry (1 entry). Enter without submitting any content by emailing info@sweetfeetandbeak.com with the subject line "Giveaway Entry" and your first and last name.

Attachments up to about 20MB can be emailed directly. For larger videos, email us and we will provide an upload link.

5. Content Requirements. Submitted photos and videos must be your own original content. The bird and a Sweet Feet and Beak product should be visible. Do not include identifiable people unless you have their permission to be featured. Sponsor may disqualify any entry that is inappropriate, unsafe to birds, infringing, or otherwise unsuitable, at its sole discretion.

6. License to Use Submissions. By submitting a photo or video, you grant Laurel Creek Group LLC, doing business as Sweet Feet and Beak, a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, crop, caption, and display your submission in its marketing and promotional materials, including its website, product pages, email, social media, and advertising, with or without attribution (first name and last initial, or a social media handle if you provide one). You keep ownership of your content. You represent that you created or own the submission and that any identifiable person in it consents to this use. This license applies to all submissions, whether or not they win.

7. Winner Selection and Notification. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about June 26, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email and must respond within seven (7) days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Prize. One (1) Sweet Feet and Beak digital gift card with a value of one hundred US dollars ($100), redeemable at sweetfeetandbeak.com. The gift card does not expire, has no cash value, and is not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Approximate retail value: $100. Limit one prize per person.

9. General Conditions. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud or a technical failure impairs its integrity, and may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process. By entering, you release Sponsor from any claims arising out of participation in the giveaway or use of the prize. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.

10. Privacy. Information you provide when entering will be used to administer the giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy at sweetfeetandbeak.com.

11. Winner Name. To request the name of the winner, email info@sweetfeetandbeak.com within 30 days after the drawing date.
